Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a well-cooked English option and a wide selection of fresh fruit. the room on the top floor tended to get uncomfortably hot without a fan, and the curtain did not block morning light effectively. The bathroom was conveniently located across the corridor, which was slight inconvenience but manageable.

I loved that the breakfast included gluten-free bread and I could order a traditional Scottish breakfast. There were cozy sitting areas to relax and unwind with a cup of tea. The only drawback was the bedding could use an update, but I still had a wonderful time! 😊

the owners were super friendly and kept in touch before we arrived. the room was quite comfy and clean. breakfast was good, loved the fresh smell in the house. easy to come and go with the security code. location was not too far from the city center and had good bus access.
